Terms of Service

1. Your agreement

By creating an account or using Folio Space, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use Folio Space for a studio, business, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or a private client link has been compromised.

3. Your work and information

You retain ownership of photographs, text, branding, client information, and other material you submit. You give Folio Space a limited permission to host, process, transform, back up, and display that material only as needed to operate and improve the service and provide features you choose.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, publish, and share the material and personal information you provide.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Folio Space to:

• break the law or violate another person’s rights;
• upload malicious code or interfere with the service;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems;
• send spam, phishing, or deceptive communications; or
• use content you do not have permission to use.

5. Client albums and communications

You control who receives private album links, whether downloads or feedback are enabled, and what client information you enter. You are responsible for your communications with clients and for configuring album access appropriately.

6. Service changes and availability

We may update, add, or remove features and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse prevention. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Ending use

You may stop using Folio Space at any time. We may restrict or end access for a material violation of these terms, unlawful activity, security risk, or nonpayment where a paid service applies. Data handling after account closure follows the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

Folio Space is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by content you provide, third-party services you connect, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the updated date here and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights or obligations.
